AI interviews and Talent Search are delivered when they launch, on the schedule published on the Kickstarter page. Kickstarter is all-or-nothing: nobody is charged unless the goal is reached.

What is the Kickstarter deal?
We are funding the AI Interviewer on Kickstarter. Backers get things that are live today at founding prices: a year of Premium Alerts plus a Match Sweep for €19 (first 200) or €29 instead of €104.99, 3 Featured Job Posts for €99 instead of €297, 10 for €299 instead of €990. Founding employers also lock their Talent Search rate for life. These prices exist only on Kickstarter and only during the campaign.
What does "Featured Job Post" actually mean?
When you publish a job as Featured, it stays pinned at the top of arrowlancer.com/jobs for 30 days and gets a Featured badge that makes it stand out from crawled listings.
When am I charged?
For Featured Job Post, you're charged once at checkout — the listing goes live as soon as payment clears. For subscription products (Premium Alerts, Talent Search) once they launch, billing is monthly with no long-term contract — cancel any time.
How much does each product cost?
Premium Alerts is €9/month or €90/year (2 months free) and auto-renews until you cancel. Featured Job Post is €99 per 30-day listing, and Match Sweep is €14.99 one-off. Talent Search launches at €99/month (Starter) and €299/month (Growth). No contracts — cancel your subscription any time and keep access until the period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — full refund within 7 days if no candidates have viewed your listing. After that we don't refund because the service has been delivered. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Do you support visa sponsorship for talent who use the platform?
ArrowLancer is the platform — we don't sponsor visas ourselves. We help you find Dutch employers who do. Companies posting on ArrowLancer self-declare whether they offer visa sponsorship; we surface that prominently in every listing.
I'm a candidate. Do I have to pay anything to apply?
No. Browsing jobs and applying is free, and always will be. Premium Alerts is an optional upgrade for getting matches delivered automatically — most candidates won't need it.
