What does "Featured Job Post" actually mean?
When you publish a job as Featured, it stays pinned at the top of arrowlancer.com/jobs for 30 days and gets a Featured badge that makes it stand out from crawled listings.
When am I charged?
For Featured Job Post, you're charged once at checkout — the listing goes live as soon as payment clears. For subscription products (Premium Alerts, Talent Search) once they launch, billing is monthly with no long-term contract — cancel any time.
What happens after the 70% discount expires on June 30, 2026?
New customers will pay the regular prices (€9/mo for Alerts, €299/mo for Talent Search, €99/post for Featured). If you sign up before June 30 you keep the discounted rate for the duration noted on your plan (12 months for subscriptions, the lifetime of the post for Featured).
Can I get a refund?
Yes — full refund within 7 days if no candidates have viewed your listing. After that we don't refund because the service has been delivered. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Do you support visa sponsorship for talent who use the platform?
ArrowLancer is the platform — we don't sponsor visas ourselves. We help you find Dutch employers who do. Companies posting on ArrowLancer self-declare whether they offer visa sponsorship; we surface that prominently in every listing.
I'm a candidate. Do I have to pay anything to apply?
No. Browsing jobs and applying is free, and always will be. Premium Alerts is an optional upgrade for getting matches delivered automatically — most candidates won't need it.
