Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a creative marketing specialist to grow ArrowLancer's presence across social media, content, and paid channels. You will be our first dedicated marketing hire — this is a chance to build a brand from the ground up.
What You Will Do
- Plan and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X
- Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) about expat life and visa-sponsored jobs in the Netherlands
- Write and distribute email newsletters to our growing subscriber base
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media ad campaigns
- Collaborate on blog content strategy with SEO goals in mind
- Track campaign performance and report on key metrics (impressions, CTR, conversions)
- Engage with expat and international professional communities online
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Ability to create both written and visual content (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Comfortable with data — you use metrics to guide decisions, not just intuition
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Bonus: experience marketing to expat or international audiences
- Bonus: familiarity with SEO and Google Analytics
Compensation: Competitive freelance rate, flexible hours. Potential to grow into a full-time role as the company scales.
